Our coordination team is made up of experienced planners and wedding day coordinators who specialize in seamless execution across the Okanagan and Edmonton.

Jacqueline is the Owner and Lead Wedding Planner at Rozé Events Co, specializing in wedding planning and month-of coordination across the Okanagan and Edmonton regions. She leads elevated, seamlessly executed events with a focus on structured planning, calm leadership, and refined wedding day execution.

Her passion for events began early, growing up attending community and Rotary events with her family, later evolving into hands-on wedding and lifecycle event planning. This foundation developed into a lifelong commitment to creating meaningful, well-orchestrated celebrations.
Jacqueline holds a Special Events Management certification from Mount Royal University and has held senior event management roles at premier venues including Big White Ski Resort and The Penticton Lakeside Resort. She has successfully led large-scale events with teams of 50+ staff across multiple departments, ensuring precision, coordination, and elevated guest experiences.

Her portfolio includes major events such as Big Reds at Big White, the World Airline Ski Championships, the Family Channel Junior Chef Competition, and the Indigenous Grandmothers Event.

Benjamin is the Owner and Operations Manager of Rozé Events Co, overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, and behind-the-scenes execution for weddings and events. He ensures every celebration is supported by structured systems, seamless operations, and precise coordination.

With a background in large-scale travel and logistics planning across South Africa and Europe, Benjamin brings a high level of operational strategy to complex event execution. His experience managing end-to-end coordination—from vendor sourcing to final execution—translates into calm, efficient, and detail-driven wedding operations.

Within Rozé Events Co, Benjamin focuses on vendor relationships, operational systems, and logistical oversight, ensuring every event runs with precision and consistency. He plays a key role in sourcing and maintaining the company’s curated vendor network and managing Rozé Rentals to ensure quality and readiness for every event.
While primarily working behind the scenes, Benjamin also supports on-site wedding coordination when needed, bringing a steady, solution-focused presence to wedding day execution.

Justine joined Rozé Events Co in 2025, bringing a strong passion for wedding coordination and event execution across the Okanagan and Edmonton regions. Her background in organizing timelines and coordinating events naturally evolved into a career in wedding planning and on-site coordination.

Before joining the team, Justine was the go-to planner within her circle—consistently managing timelines, logistics, and event flow to ensure every gathering ran smoothly and on schedule. After assisting with multiple weddings, she discovered her passion for wedding coordination and flawless execution of each couple’s vision.
Justine specializes in wedding day coordination, rehearsal management, and timeline execution. Weddings are her favourite environment--Known for her poised presence and detail-focused coordination style, Justine brings design visions to life while ensuring every moment unfolds with precision and ease.

Outside of weddings, Justine leads a full and active life with two young children involved in sports and a new golden doodle keeping her on her toes. Her ability to balance structure, energy, and calm translates directly into her role on wedding days.
